Orders & Shipping

How long does it take to receive my order?

All pieces are handmade to order. Current lead time is 1–2 weeks from order confirmation, plus shipping. We'll notify you when your piece ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming — check back or contact us to be notified.

Can I request a custom piece?

Yes. Custom work is a significant part of what we do. Reach out via our contact page with your specs — materials, weight, fall length, handle preference — and we'll discuss what's possible.

What materials do you use?

We work primarily with premium leather hides, PVC and PVC shrink tubing for handles, and stainless steel beaded chain. Materials are selected individually for each piece.

How do I care for my leather flogger?

Condition regularly with a lanolin-based or leather-specific conditioner. Wipe down after use, dry away from direct heat, and store loosely — don't compress the falls for extended periods. Read our full guide: How to Break In a New Leather Flogger.

What's the difference between thud and sting?

Thud is a deep, resonant impact felt through the body — produced by heavier, wider falls and slower swings. Sting is sharp and surface-level — produced by thinner falls, faster delivery, or materials like stiff leather or chain. Most floggers produce a blend of both. Read our blog for a full breakdown.

I'm a beginner. Where do I start?

Start with a lighter flogger — deerskin or soft cow hide — and take time to practice your swing mechanics before playing with a partner. Our blog covers beginner fundamentals including warm-up, negotiation, and aftercare.

What's your return policy?

Because all pieces are handmade to order, we don't accept returns on standard orders. If your piece arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
